Sorry for the complete lack of posting of late but Christmas is starting to gear up nicely and it’s a busy time for yours truly.
In the mean time why not check out this film quiz where scenes from movies are made out of stationery …. it’s not like I’ve got anything better to give you.
And yes I did manage 20 out of 10* and no I didn’t cheat

So why didn’t you try out 11-20 then
Some of those have me beat. You must watch too much Tv.

They’re made out of stationery, which by definition makes them stationary.
Sorry to be pedantic…

Darn it. I get called out twice on one post.
Markiss … yup, there are indeed 20 and rather than using the handy counter in the top, right corner I simply counted the pairs; hence ten out of ten.
Dan … thanks. That would be one of my regular confusions along with reservoir and restaurant. I will therefore spend tomorrow typing out sentences containing all of these words.

How about “The menu for the stationary restaurant overlooking the reservoir is made from lovely stationery”?

I got 13/20 not a bad score i thought. Not a clue what your on about with the scoring system 10 or 20???

Well you’ve done better than me Dan B, I can only get 12/20.
That means you got 6½/10
Or as in Rob’s way of counting 6/10

finally got them all, dam thing meant i had 3 of them spelt wrong and didnt think they were right!

Dan - stationary restaurant? Rather than the fancy moving kind?
Dan B - 20 questions in pairs (i.e. groups of 2) = 10 pairs == lazy counting by me. I would have thought that being able to work out all 20 you’d be smart enough to suss that out

yes i had worked out where you got 10 from, i didn’t get why you were using it, you see?

I went to a revolving restaurant at the top of one of the Twin Towers in NYC. And I think there’s one in the Hilton Hotel in London…

Dan - alas we have no such locomotion in Jersey’s dining establishments… unless you count the Bacon Butty shack that occasionally rocks back and forth in high wind.
