Ouch!
For some unknown reason my back has decided that it doesn’t like me very much.
I woke up this morning (dum dum de dum), sat up in bed, sneezed and fell over.
I made it into work by the grace of ibuprofen and discovered that 99% of all the islands’s roads need resurfacing.
If anybody wants me I’ll be sitting up very straight in the corner.
Ow!

You poor old man! Sorry to hear about that – is it O.K. now? Didn’t your Dad have a back complaint or a knee problem? Maybe it’s time to retire from the Jersey sporting scene…
Thanks James. Fortunately it’s all sorted now. I can’t really become any less involved in the Jersey sporting scene than I already am … unless you count petanque as a sport … which is unlikely.
Sorry! Yes, I was referring to petanque. Could that have contributed to your discomfort? Sometimes it’s as simple as the way you sit in your chair at work – stop slouching!
