Hmm, maybe it was just me, reloading it without the http:// seemed to work...perhaps a glitch in Netvibes. As for the lifehacker scripts, there are some awesome ones for cleaning out the Firefox cache or a script that deletes all files in the Temp folders over x days old...makes me very happy, as I couldn't write them on my own!
Also check out these batch scripts for your common workspaces:http://www.lifehacker.com/software/feature/hack-attack-quick-launch-workspaces-154193.php
Saves me a lot of time...oh and I'm lazy ;)

Some of those look handy. As my .Mac subscription is about to expire and my amazing backup project hasn't been finished yet I'll have to look into using some of them.

As for Lemur's RSS - which one were you subscribed to? The redirect that I'd setup seems to have failed but MuNu ftp is on the fritz so I can't check it out. lemurgirl.mu.nu/feed/ should do it.

Looks like a good solution, a bit like my extensive use of general backup tips to Gmail found on Lifehacker.com: http://lifehacker.com/software/backup-utilities/download-of-the-day-gmailsync-171319.php

Oh, and any idea what's up with Lemurgirl's RSS feed? Not that she's updated in a while, but if she had, I wouldn't know!
