The Quiz – The Answers!
// May 30th, 2006 // Personal
I have a confession to make… I’d accidentally deleted the original answers and had to piece this together from memory – nothing like taking your own quiz to appreciate just how much of a bastard some of the questions are.

I got 31 (32 if you concede that the first “A” in BAFTA stands for “Academy”). I might have even got 33 but I made the classic mistake and mixed up Ant & Dec!
I’ll give you 32 … come on I was doing this from memory!
A passable score indeed. Not enough to win but good enough to be in the running for wine prizes!
I’ve since realised that I get points for artist aswell as song titled so that’s 34. It’s still pathetic as it’s only just over half. What was the best score in the end?
The marking is a bit tricksy as normal questions get 2 points for a right answer (unless specified otherwise) with the songs having 1 point for the artist and one of the title and the faces having 2 points each!
Plus I can’t remember what the best score was but it was in the 70s (of a total of 117) under that marking system…
43. Oh yeah!
Oh for goodness sake! That means I got 56 which is good because it means I got more points but actually gives a worse percentage overall…
hey that’s not bad… and you think it’s tough scoring? Try marking the damn thing on the night! Good thing there were only three teams
