I’m in a seriously bad mood

I’ve just phoned Apple to inquire politely where the f–k my laptop is and have been informed that it is in Luxembourg … and may arrive sometime next week if I’m very good.

The question in my mind is this – why is it that Amazon can get me a £5.00 CD in under 48 hours but I have to wait more than a week for delivery (i.e. not including build time) of a £1,700.00 laptop? Suffice to say I will be sending Apple a less than chuffed email and recommending that they change their delivery service provider.
