OK so I’m lame

// November 27th, 2003 // Tech

but I’ve been ill alright – hence the lack of bloggage. And just to confirm that I am as lame as you think I am, lets begin my return from the wilderness with … a Googling:

can anybody out there give me a clue on how to get my life together?

Sorry whoever you are but if you found your way here then you are truly in trouble now… I can only hope that he / she / it was able to glean some microbes of wisdom from “those guys on the right” colloquially known as my blogrollees.

So, as I said I’ve been ill – quite badly ill in fact with an average temperature over the past three days of 101f. I have no idea what it was or where I got it from but take it from me – it was nasty and you don’t want to try it. Now I did think aout attempting to write something but really couldn’t bring myself to put finger to keyboard. Whilst being ill I have managed to complete Call of Duty and have decided that this is the best game I’ve played in ages and that anyone who owns a PC and has a penchant for FPS should immediately go out and buy a copy… as games go, it’s derivative, in some places frustrating and the plots / missions are quite obviously lifted from a variety of movies but aside from that it plays well, looks gorgeous and has a pleasent spectrum of levels & enemies all of which combine to ensure you can are left playing just one more mission for hours!

I’m also going to have to claim my new joystick back at some point (not yet though don’t panic markiss!) as I have to try out the new demo from Lucas Arts (secret weapons over normady or something) to see if it’s worth buying… which it probably isn’t.

And finally, I’m sure you’ll all be pleased to hear that it is now only 4 days until the launch of the new site design… I’ve finally mamanged to get my blogger content into movable type (after a fashion) and so am nearly there … ooh its so exciting I can’t wait.

Right gotta go and look busy now.
